3-D Printed Logo FAIL!!!!

We wanted to print a logo for our group to put on the front of the robot. It is supposed to look like the one in the Week 4 accomplishments but the printer messed it up. We are going to redo the logo without the balls in between the squares.

So this week we hope to continue modifying by adding things such as apparatuses to stop our robot from being pulled over the line adding and participating in tug-of-war matches. We also hope to continue updating our blog and 3D print our teams logo.

Will thinking hard about the adjustment we should make this week.

Week 3 Accomplishments

So this week we finished building The White Scorpion(robot) along with coding and we got to do a few matches of the tug-of-war challenge. The other Tetrix robots are too heavy for us to pull them. Cash money attached a winch to theirs.

Some field action of The White Scorpion.

Week 3 Goals

This week, we plan on setting the rest of the drive train and setting it up on the ready made robot frame, as well as code the brain to drive properly and finalizing the gear ratio to deliver a mix of torque and speed. The pace is picking up as the week closes and we need to have our robot ready and tested by the week's end. Tension's thick.

Week 1 Tug of War

First week and our main priorities are to completely deconstruct the robots from last year and to build a completely different robot from the same robot. The frame and bearing flats are being constructed by Masen while  Garrett and Will both come up with a sufficient gear ratio as well as actually building the drive train out of mismatching collars and screws as well as an assorted pile of axles and gears.

Will dismantling the old drive train's gears and motors
while Masen crafts a 17x17 frame for the new robot.

Sorting through our assortment of parts for valuable parts for use
or for bargaining and making sure none are stolen.
Don't want to give the other teams an advantage
